Execution
With hands gripping the handle bars and the elbows firmly in the armrests, let feet hang at their lowest position (Starting Position). Smoothly bring knees up as high as possible while exhaling (Finishing Position). Keep abdominals tightened to prevent hyperextending the spine when lowering the knees back to the starting position.

Tips and Safety
Do not allow spine to hyperextend on the way down.
Exhale while raising the knees and inhale while lowering them.
